HNED VEDLE - Memory of Nations Café
Café Hned vedle (Café Right next door) is located in the very heart of Brno. It is a place where you can stop for a moment, enjoy excellent coffee, a homemade dessert, or light refreshments, and soak up the atmosphere of history and contemporary culture.
You can also combine your visit with a visit of the interactive exhibition The Quiet Heroes, located within the Institute right next to the café.
The café serves as an open space for meetings. It regularly hosts the accompanying program of Memory of Nations – discussions with witnesses, screenings, author readings, or small concerts.
The space combines a simple, welcoming design with an emphasis on comfort and a community atmosphere. It is suitable for a short stop during a walk through the city center or for a longer get-together with friends. On the first floor, there are also coworking tables, which offer a quiet environment for work, study, or meetings.
